Inspection after bathroom’s renovation
I am more than satisfied with the service provided by Bo Schreurs at Premiumkeur.
I contacted Premiumkeur because I suspected that my bathroom renovation had not been carried out properly. Initially, I was told that the waiting time for an inspection would be about two weeks. However, they rearranged their schedule, and as soon as an earlier slot became available, an inspector visited my apartment just two days later.
Bo Schreurs was exceptionally generous with his time. He listened carefully to all of my concerns and conducted a thorough, meticulous inspection. Not only did he confirm my observations and suspicions, but he also identified several additional issues that I had not noticed myself. His expertise and attention to detail were truly impressive.
On the very evening of the inspection, Bo sent me his preliminary findings, allowing me to forward them immediately to the contractor and begin the legal process without delay. Just two working days later, the comprehensive inspection report was completed.
I am extremely grateful for Bo’s professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication. His work has given me the confidence and evidence I needed to move forward. I would not hesitate to recommend Premiumkeur and Bo Schreurs to anyone looking for an independent, knowledgeable, and reliable building inspector.

We asked for a standard architectural inspection and were able to arrange an appointment with Tim from Premium Keur on the same day. Leak Detection
I have been struggling for the last few years with leaks on the roof that after many attempts to fix still remain.
I reached out to PremiumKeur to finally try to find out what really needs to be done and have a report so I can share.
I was visited by Bo Schreurs and after his investigation, he was able to share with me on the spot with pictures the reasons why the leakages are there.
He also helped me understand which repair work was properly done versus which one was not.
The full report arrived on time even though we were close to holidays period.
Highly recommend, very personal and caring for your current problems while very professional too.

Highly recommend
Was a pleasure dealing with Daan at Premiumkeur.
We hired him for a building inspection for an apartment we bought.
He was available to inspect the property the day after we contacted him and we received a detailed report 2 days after the inspection.
The report was easy to understand with explanations of the priority/urgency of any work we need to do in future and cost estimates for the work. We’ll be relying on his report for years to come to make sure we’re taking care of our home properly.
His rates are reasonable and he is professional.

New to the Netherlands, we purchased a flat in Utrecht and sought a comprehensive structural inspection to ensure it was sound but also to seek suggestions for possible improvements. We were delighted with the services of Structural Inspection Amsterdam . The office were very helpful, with no Dutch, the friendly receptionist understood the brief and fitted us in quickly. Upon arrival, Tim Hollenberg was friendly, professional and very willing to explain his procedures and findings as he progressed his inspection. He divided his findings into a small number of jobs he felt should be executed quickly to save on bigger problems later and recommenadtions for longer term items we should address. He also shared observations on small, simple improvements that might improve the space usage and running costs. He also made observations about the exterior of the building that we will share with the VVE. His comprehesive written report was with us in 24 hours with the findings clearly listed, relevant phots and recommendations. Even indicative job prices were provided. For a very reasonable price we received a very professional and practical report. Tim provided clear explanations and great advice. I would highly recommend this service or any property buyer or owner who wants to secure the value and safety of a building.

We were in the process of buying a house in Utrecht and needed information about its condition. Daan helped us with the inspection, and we were quite pleased with his service. He was flexible with scheduling and promptly responded to our emails. I was nicely surprised seeing Fred today on the TV today ” House Rules Holland”. He is the best structural inspector/ bouwkundig Inspecteur out there. He helped us to buy one of the most amazing houses that I ever seen (in Utrecht) and he helped us to avoid to buy a ruin in the centrum of Utrecht that was strongly advised by our selling agent “aankoopmakellar” . My advice to the people buying a house is: “do not take a selling agent of aan ankoopmakelaar” just use the service of a good structural inspector/ bouwkundig Inspecteur. I see a few negative reviews about Fred and I don’t believe in any of them! Fred helped us to avoid a trap that our own “selling agent” made for us with the rest of his corrupted group of selling agents and structural inspectors working in the centrum of Utrecht. The truth is that they are working in group and that there is no such a thing like “aankoopmakelaar” – someone who works only for you. They are selling ruins in the centrum of Utrecht at the high racketing price . If the selling agent propose you his own structural inspector please do not say yes!!! Ask if you can bring you own specialist. Did they say NO? Then don’t buy this house! You do not need a selling agent/aankoopmakelaar!!!! You just need a good structural specialist at your side. Thank you one more time Fred. And once again I am happy that you found your place in ” House Rules Holland”! Thank you for helping people finding their dream house 😊.

Daan was extremely thorough and detailed in his inspection for me of a property that had a number of questions marks around it. He approached the property with a forensic level of scrutiny including surveying the roof. Daan came out to do a structural and foundation inspection at an apartment I am considering buying. I was very pleased with the attention to detail, obvious advanced knowledge in these areas and the use of high quality equipment to take measurements. In person explanations were very clear (in English!), with useful tips being offered too. I have had experience with another company’s structural inspection at the same location, and while their report was satisfactory, the level of detail and extra issues found by Daan made paying for the report from Premiumkeur well worth it. Top company, high quality service!

We are in the process of buying an apartment and Daan helped us out with the technical inspection. He made a detailed study and gave us an explanation in person , instead of asking us to ‘just wait for the report’. It was a good, clear explanation and he even gave us tips on what we could do for better maintenance of our house, plus the pros and cons of certain ‘decisions’ that are important but not urgent. eg. changing the boiler. Recently we purchased a house in Amsterdam and we assigned Fred to do our technical inspection. I cannot recommend enough his service – he was extremely attentive, did a thorough inspection, had a critical eye and noticed every aspect of the house that require work or could result in future investments. Fred is definitely the person you want on your side to help you get a realistic snapshot of the condition of the property. He’s also very knowledgeable about different aspects- roof work, foundation, construction work, elevators etc and served as an advisor to us during the whole process.

Fred was responsive, open and thorough. He set a date for the inspection the day I called, and a few days later we were through. He did an extremely thorough walk-through, including a walk on the roof, and checked all the window frames. Following, he shared a detailed report with proposed costings for some of the fixes, which the owner is taking care of. Fred is independent and truly works for the buyer. Highly recommend!

I contacted Fred to ask if he can make an appointment to do an inspection of a house we’re going to buy. He told us when he can find a time, but also he asked about the house (when it was built and what the roof is made of etc.) and so he said honestly we do not need to spend money on an inspection because in that house it will all be fine. He also mentioned a few areas that we can check ourselves for possible problems and told me about the costs of fixing that. Altogether Fred’s free advice saves us 200-300 euros which is a lot when you need to buy everything for your new household!

Fred is a total professional. He reacts very quickly to any questions, no matter what time of day you call or email, and he is always very thorough with his advice. During the crawl space and foundation inspection itself, Fred took a lot of time to explain what he was doing so that I could also understand the process he was undertaking and gave me a fantastic lesson in everything from wood rot to the underlying structure of the house.
